General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bhia88 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its registered users ("User", "you", "your"). bhia88 is an online casino and betting platform providing services specifically for Bangladeshi users.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Always keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

3.2 Single Use

An account may only be used by the registered individual. Managing an account on behalf of a family member or friend is prohibited. Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bhia88 is ৳200 (by any method). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. If the information provided at the time of deposit is incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled.

Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is completed.
  • The right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity is reserved.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For security purposes, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals. Once this process is complete, funds are typically sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members registered at bhia88 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

  • Each promotion may have its own separate conditions — please read the details before accepting any offer.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • bhia88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Program

bhia88 has three VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity. VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account each week.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Each game has its own rules which can be viewed during play. bhia88 ensures fair play across all games. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, it will be resolved in accordance with the applicable policy.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports events, please keep the following in mind:

  • Separate rules apply to each market.
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the betting rules.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bets placed due to incorrect odds or data entry errors.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated in real time. In the event of a disconnection, the dealer's decision will be considered final. Play safely with games from Ezugi and other reputable providers.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
